Age Restriction
Our age limit is 18-40 years old. If you are outside of this age range, we have the right to cancel your booking without a refund of your deposit and charge the first two nights of your booking.
Split City Tax
City tax is not included in the price of a night's stay and is €2.00 per person per day. All guests over 18 years pay a city tax in the amount of €2.00. Persons aged 12 to 18 pay 50% of the city tax in the amount of €1.00. VAT of 13% is included in the price of accommodation.
Reception Hours
Our normal reception hours are from 08:00 to 22:00. We are generally able to accommodate late check-ins but you must contact us by email in advance if you are arriving outside of our normal reception hours.
Hostel Policy:
1. Alcohol is not allowed in the hostel after 22:00.
2. Guests are obliged to pay for any damage they cause, if they are unable to prove that they are not responsible for this damage.
3. Please immediately inform the reception of any defects or faults in the room or possible dissatisfaction with the service.
4. Guests are to observe nighttime peace and quiet in the period from 22:00 to 8:00 and they are not to disturb the other guests accommodated in the Hostel.
5. Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) are intended for your use during your stay at the Hostel and are kindly requested not to take them out.
6. In special cases, the Hostel may offer a guest accommodation other than that which has been agreed, if it does not differ in any essential manner from that which was stipulated in the confirmed booking.
7. Please, rationalize energy use (taps, lights, air conditioning and other electric appliances)
8. When departing from the Hostel leave the key on reception desk
9. In case of key loss, please, immediately inform the reception
10. When departing the Hostel leave your room clean and tidy
11. After using the bathroom, make sure you leave it clean and tidy
12. Keep your door and windows closed when the air conditioning is working
13. In case you wish to leave the Hostel later than planned, please inform the reception
14. Check-out time at the lates 11:00
15. Each guest is obliged to leave personal information (passports, driver license or ID) at reception desk, so that the hostel staff can register it in the guestbook.
